Cancellation & Refund Policy-service provider
- As per OKDY Policy, cancellation of a job request by a service provider after accepting the job request initiated by the customer through OKDY platform is forbidden.
- The service provider has agreed to accept the OKDY terms and conditions clauses of the agreement during the onboarding process. Any violation of the agreement may attract a penalty or suspension of the contract and further termination of the agreement with the service provider.
- The Service Provider is allowed to cancel a maximum of 3 requests a day. More than 3 cancellations may attract a penalty for the inconvenience to the customer as per the agreement with OKDY.
- The Service Provider is allowed to cancel a job before six hours from the scheduled time for a scheduled job request, job cancellation is not permitted for the on-time job request.
- Cancellation of job requests or any misbehavior with customers may attract a reduction in ratings and penalties. These activities may force the termination of the agreement with the service provider.
- The service provider is allowed to cancel the job on rescheduling of job request by the customer, based on contract rules applicable as per OKDY agreement.
- The service provider needs to provide the reason for canceling the job while reverting to OKDY. These reasons will be saved in the service provider’s record for performance analysis.
- Refund policy applies only to wallet/online payments.
- OKDY does not monitor the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund process for offline payment
Cancellation & Refund Policy - End User
- User is allowed to cancel/reschedule the requests anytime through OKDY platforms (Website/Mobile) or by coordination with our customer care representative.
- User is not allowed to cancel/reschedule more than three job requests a day. User accounts may be suspended without notice for the continuation of any such activities.
- User is allowed to cancel/reschedule the job request up to 60 minutes before the scheduled job time. Users will be charged a cancellation fee or inconvenience fee as per OKDY policy.
- The user will be charged if he cancels/reschedules the job request on the arrival of the service provider at the user's premises.
- Continuous cancellations/rescheduling of job requests or any malicious activities may attract suspension of service by OKDY and further termination of the agreement with the user.
- The user will not be charged for cancellation if the service provider is running late by more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Factors such as traffic conditions, accessibility, and climate conditions are to be considered.
- OKDY reserves the right to cancel any job request at any point in time with due communication to the user if it is due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
- Refund policy applies only to wallet/online payment.
